1. Order Cancellation

Orders Not Yet Shipped

  • Within 24 hours of purchase: Full refund
  • After 24 hours but before shipment: A 5% handling fee will be deducted from the total order amount

Orders Already Shipped but Not Yet Delivered

  • These orders will be processed as returns
  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund

2. Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days, starting from the day after the product is delivered. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused and undamaged
  • Items must not have been installed
  • Items must be returned in original packaging with all parts and materials included

3. Returns Due to Product Issues

If the product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue:

  • You are eligible for a 100% refund
  • All return shipping costs will be covered by us

Important: Please report any manufacturing defects or shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos for verification.


4. Returns for Personal Reasons

Examples include but are not limited to:

  • The product does not meet your preferences
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color does not match expectations
  • Product does not fit the intended space
  • Order cancellation after shipment

For these returns:

  • A 15% restocking/storage fee will apply
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Items must be unused, resalable, and in original packaging

Refund Example:

  • If your order total was $600:
    • Return shipping cost: $100 (paid by customer)
    • Restocking fee (15%): $90
    • Refund issued: $410

5. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Reply to your order confirmation email and include:
    • Product name / SKU / product link
    • Reason for return
    • Preference: refund or replacement

Step 2: Prepare the Package

  • Item must be unused and undamaged
  • Include all original components and documentation

Step 3: Ship the Return

  • Take photos of the package (inside and outside) before shipping
  • Use an insured and trackable shipping service
  • If “Signature Required” is used, ensure the carrier allows signing on delivery notices
  • After shipping, email us: tracking number and photo of shipping receipt

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 1–3 business days
  • A confirmation email will be sent
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Note: Refunds will not be issued if returned items are not received, refused, or destroyed by the shipping carrier.


7. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed as a return followed by a new purchase
  • Custom products are not eligible for exchange

8. Custom Orders (Non-Cancelable)

  • Custom-made items cannot be canceled once production has begun
  • Custom orders include but are not limited to:
    • Custom height
    • Custom size
    • Custom color
    • Custom components
